Change Management Analyst

The Change Management Analyst will play a role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The Change Management Analyst conducts change impact assessments, develops stakeholder engagement plans, and determines communication and training needs. Engages with Project Managers / work leads, as well as the business, to create and execute change management plans. Supports stakeholders in business/site engagements. Creates deliverables like replication playbooks, training materials, communication plans, and adoption tracking processes. Establishes feedback loops and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g. surveys, tool adoption).
Preferred Behavior skills:
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Prosci Change management certification desired
Ability to foster online user engagement (e.g. SF engagement module in the application and trailhead, Walk-me, Aris)
