At Assurant, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join one of the teams at our Global Capability Center – Shared Service Center, located in Retiro, Buenos Aires.
The main responsibilities of the role include planning, leading, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of assigned services, as well as managing relationships and leading the migration of services and operations from the United States to Argentina. This position will lead a team of Supervisors, ensuring the area meets its objectives within budget and delivers high-quality service.
We are looking for candidates with experience in shared service centers, managing teams of over 50 people in customer service roles, and with experience in service migration projects. Strong leadership skills and experience using and tracking KPIs and metrics are essential.
Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
