The Sales team is looking for a Head of Sales for the São Paulo area. We are looking for a professional who can contribute to our vision of the area and who firmly believes in Aivo as a referent in customer service.
Which will be your main goal?
Develop commercially Enterprise Accounts in the Brazil market.
Your daily challenges and responsibilities will be:
• Participate in the creation of the commercial strategy plan thanks to the knowledge of the allocated regions and clients.
• Execute the “Account Planning of 'Named Accounts' + Prospecting”.
• Turn qualified leads into clients, through meetings, follow up, product demo, negotiation, proposals, etc.
• Periodically register data in the CRM system and abide by established commercial processes.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Technology and related careers.
• Work experience of at least 6 years in SaaS products sales for companies of the Enterprise segment.
• Experience in sales methodologies (Spin Selling, Solution Sales, Consultative, etc.) and negotiation techniques.
• Work experience with the CRM system. Salesforce (desirable).
• Experience in development of presentations and product demonstration.
Language level:
• English: native (required)
• Spanish: intermediate (desirable)
