Senior Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to act as a strategic connector between Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market at PayJoy, a global fintech that provides access to credit for under-served customers in emerging markets and has served more than 18 million customers. This role will coordinate complex launches and ensure that dependencies, timelines, risks and decisions are properly managed across teams and countries.
What will you do?
•Lead complex, cross-functional product and technology programs.
•Coordinate product launches across multiple teams and countries.
•Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market.
•Identify and manage dependencies and risks.
•Establish follow-up cadences and ensure accountability across teams.
•Ensure team readiness for every launch.
•Turn strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
•Coordinate geographically distributed teams, including India.
What are we looking for?
•Senior experience in Technical Program Management, coordinating complex product or technology launches.
•Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams (the role does not involve writing code).
•Knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprints and development processes.
•Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools, and with AI productivity tools.
•Experience with global, distributed teams, ideally in fintech or high-growth companies.
•Advanced English and excellent written and verbal communication.
•Exceptional organization, rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
