Job Overview:
We're currently in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in México.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate billing in collaboration with Sales and Finance departments, as well as support for collections.
• Certification of billing to clients.
• Administration of contracts and tenders.
• Certification of operation and service, along with their respective indicators for proper reconciliation with billing.
• Preparation of internal and external reports.
Qualifications:
• Education: Industrial Engineering (Desirable) or related field.
• Experience: Profile with 5 years of experience (desirable) in sales support positions.
• Languages: English – intermediate proficiency.
• Competencies: communication, adaptability, attention to detail, organization, proactivity, autonomy, customer
service orientation.
• Analytical, numerical, detail-oriented profile. Experience in presentations to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office. Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Knowledge of SAP.
