About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Digital Product Sales Executive to help us expand our digital solutions. If you’re passionate about digital sales and building meaningful client relationships, this role is for you. Your mission? Drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and selling our digital learning products to help them succeed.

Responsibilities & Challenges:

Understand the unique needs of our clients: HR and learning leaders in multinational and large national companies, managing leadership and transformation programs for mid-level managers and entry-level leaders.

Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.

Consultatively sell and tailor our solutions to meet client needs and integrate them into their existing Talent Suite.

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the team.

Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and online, to new and existing customers.

Analyze and report on customer behavior and insights to refine our digital sales strategy.

Your Profile:

Proven experience in the LATAM market.

Native or proficient in Spanish and English.

Strong track record in digital sales (ideally of learning products) to Tier 1 clients (Program Managers, Learning Managers, Talent Managers in multinational or large national companies, ticket sizes of 100+ users).

Ability to diagnose and understand learning, development, and talent needs.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
