Human Resources Business Partner

Assurant, leader company in the Insurance sector located in CABA, adds an HRBP.

This job is responsible for providing strategic HR business partnership to assigned business and functional groups, partnering with matrix HR teams as appropriate. Lead the country HR team.

Some of its Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities are: Strategic HR support; conduct succession planning/talent reviews; integrate results into development plans by working with management and staff to strengthen our leadership pipeline // Create close working relationship with internal partners to provide proactive support including diagnosing organization and staff issues and making recommendations to improve/enhance organizational effectiveness. // Act as internal coach to executives to support their development with clear understanding of organizational issues; act as internal consultant. // Implementation of learning solutions, following regional strategy and local business/talent needs. // among others.
