About the role:

Lead Brand development in a Business Unit by defining and implementing a brand strategy plan and manage the daily implementation to deliver business results.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the short and mid term strategies crafting and always aligning main stakeholders (Region Category, Sales, Trade MKT, etc.);

Lead the implementation of Brand Plans in the market, but also guaranteeing Central alignment (Area or Global depending on the project);

Coordinate different areas within the local organization (B. Unit) towards common and pre-defined brand and business objectives;

Responsability over Brand P&L;

Responsability to lead creative agencies and coordinate with Regional Media Team the plans together with the Media Agencies;

Active participation and influence in CSU projects together with Regional Team;

Lead, motivate and develop team towards excelence in execution;

Active participation in S&OP according to Group's Model way of working.

Who we are looking for:

Consolidated experience in FMCG with experience in Marketing or other related areas;

Strong skills in leadership, persuasion, presentation, communication, analysis and strategic thinking;

Ability to overcome barriers, to share knowledge and to develop strong teams;

University degree (Bachelor);

Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus;

Have kowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Brand Marketing environment, including advertising.

Project management.

Flexibility to travel.
