Position Title: Field Operations Staff

Location: Guadalajara, JAL.

Job Overview:

We're currently in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Agent to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in supporting property operations, then this opportunity is for you. From conducting meticulous inspections to providing hands-on assistance to our guests, you will be a key element in our day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence at every turn.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon check-in and check-out, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience.

Conduct pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out inspections for all reservations, ensuring properties meet quality standards.

Report any damages during guests' stays to the Field Operations Lead.

Inspect properties periodically to ensure they are up to standard and in perfect maintenance condition.

Coordinate with building administrations to ensure guests have a seamless experience upon check-in.

Provide on-the-ground support for item delivery, pre-stock items the guests might purchase, and present them nicely upon guest arrival.

Perform inventory of materials for the building they are assigned to.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and vendors.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Windows Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendars).

Intermediate level of English.
