Aivo-Engageware is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our AI-powered conversational platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
•Plays a strategic role in understanding customer needs and facilitating a smooth transition, without being directly involved in the execution.
•Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
•Conduct regular business reviews with clients to measure progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
•Provide ongoing training and support for clients.
•dentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
•Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
•Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Key qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
•Excellent communication and people skills.
•Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
•Fluency in English
•The role is 100% remote located in CDMX, with the possibility of in-person meetings as needed to support clients and team members.
•And will be filled with a contractor.
