A major multinational industrial company is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner for its LATAM operations.
This regional role involves interacting with teams in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. It is a key position for providing financial support to the commercial business, contributing to strategic decision-making and the company's profitable growth.
We are looking for professionals with experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles who possess strong analytical skills and business acumen. Responsibilities include evaluating commercial opportunities, analyzing profitability, participating in planning and forecasting processes, and constructively challenging the commercial team during decision-making.
Experience in dynamic environments—and preferably in regional or multi-country contexts within LATAM—is essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as well as the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and work autonomously.
