Talent Acquisition Manager

An important multinational services company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its LATAM recruiting function.

About the role

This role will lead and develop recruiting teams across LATAM within a global organization. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to propose and adapt TA processes to a variety of regional needs.

What we're looking for

- 10–15 years of experience, with a managerial background.

- Proven experience in TA or HR leadership roles managing multi-country teams.

- Strong track record influencing and managing stakeholders across regions.

- Experience in high-demand recruiting environments.

- Bilingual English required.
