Chevron, leading multinational company in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking to hire a Benefits Specialist to join its team within the Global Business Center located in Puerto Madero.
The position will be part of the Human Resources department, responsible for managing vendor relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the effective delivery of employee benefits in compliance with regulations.
We are seeking professionals with:
Previous experience in benefits administration or HR.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues.
Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2x3 (2 days in-person, 3 remote)
