What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? ?
Lead a team of 15 to 30 people, monitor KPIs, and train, coach, motivate, and direct the team while creating an environment that encourages commitment, increased productivity, and superior quality
Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls with clients designed to obtain feedback on the performance of the team and to provide an opportunity to implement any necessary procedural changes
Partner with the manager on process improvements and workflow to ensure business objectives are met
Train, coach, and engage team members while fostering teamwork and an optimal work environment
Discuss and help prioritize team development needs aligned with business priorities and employees’ current roles or future career interests, including identifying on-the-job development opportunities and providing ongoing feedback and coaching
What are the requirements needed for this position? ?
Advanced English level
At least two years of experience working as a team leader
One or more years of experience in a Customer Service position
Experience working in a Shared Services Center is a plus
