Aivo-Engageware is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Senior Project Manager to join to a
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our innovative
customer service solutions for clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client success by guiding
them through the onboarding process, from initial setup to go-live and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage implementation projects for new clients, providing support throughout the configuration
process and meeting established deadlines until their product is active.
• Consult with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings (virtual and in-person) with clients to assess progress and project
status.
• Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and build strong relationships to foster
smooth collaboration.
• Adhere to Aivo&Engageware's implementation processes for our products.
• Leverage consulting expertise to enhance existing customer service models.
• Design, develop, and manage the implementation work plan.
• Drive technical problem-solving and implementation in collaboration with Aivo&EW/Client
technical teams.
• Exhibit strategic thinking and provide early warnings of potential challenges.
• Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for account launch.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the area.
Key qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, IT Project Management, or a related
field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, working with global and SaaS companies.
• Experience implementing virtual assistants or in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with support and project management tools (PM certification a plus), as
well as Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
• The role is 100% remote located in CDMX, with the ability to travel when required by clients or
teams.
• Will be filled with a contractor.
