Customer Success Data Analyst

Aivo-Engageware is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Customer Success Data Analyst.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes by
analyzing data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends to enhance the user
experience. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager team to improve retention,reduce churn, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing solution
utilization.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to drive customer
satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to develop and implement strategies that
enhance user engagement, boost product adoption, and ensure customers achieve their desired
outcomes.
• Create and present customer success metrics reports, providing data-driven insights and
recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and feedback sessions to understand customer needs and
proactively address challenges.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key customer success metrics and performance
indicators.
Key qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• PLUS: Data Analytics Certification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in SaaS solutions, customer success
methodologies, and user adoption.
• Technical proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• PLUS: Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Advanced English proficiency (essential).
• The role is 100% remote located in CDMX, with the possibility of in-person meetings as needed
to support clients and team members.
