Accounting Business Analyst - Global Process Excellence

We are seeking a motivated and driven Accounting Business Analyst to join our Global Accounting Process Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will be a process-oriented finance professional with a strong analytical mind, dedicated to improving and automating core accounting functions.

What You Will Do

•Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify critical inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within core accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).

•Solution Design: Translate business needs and process improvements into clear and concise technical requirements for development teams, including those focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

•Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership of Central Accounting Teams to support and execute continuous improvement roadmaps.

•Tool & Performance Monitoring: Design and develop dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor process performance and establish/track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

•Change Management: Lead and facilitate effective management processes to ensure the smooth adoption and successful implementation of new financial solutions.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

•3-7 years of experience as a process-oriented finance professional.

•Solid understanding of key accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).

•Must have experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

•Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

•Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).

•Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving, Communication, and Collaboration & Change Management skills.
