Senior Marketing Event Manager

Looking for a dynamic Event Marketing Manager to join our team at Aivo-Engageware!

This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative event strategies across Latin America and the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand awareness and generating leads through events.

Key responsibilities:

•Developing regional event strategies, creating engaging experiences for attendees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

•Creating innovative and engaging event experiences for customers and prospects, including company-hosted events.

•Driving attendee engagement and building brand affinity through pre-event outreach, on-site experiences, and post-event follow-up.

•Collaborating with sales, partners, and executives to define event messaging, speaker selection, and content strategy.

•Identifying and securing speaking and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach and partner relationships.

•Leading the execution of key brand events, such as ReEngage.

•Measuring and reporting on event performance, analyzing key metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Key qualifications:

•Proven experience in planning and executing B2B events

•Strong project management and organizational skills

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Fluency in English

•The role is 100% remote (located in CDMX) and will be filled by a contractor.
