Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Multinational service company located in Buenos Aires is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.

The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director located in Brazil and leads the Talent Acquisition team in Argentina and Mexico.

Is responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work related to Talent Acquisition; appraising performance and guiding professional development; approve actions on human resources matters. Besides, is responsible for planning the entire recruitment strategy and dealing with high volume of searches that have to supervise in order to achieve recruitment metrics.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or careers related.

+8 years of track experience in the field

Bilingual level of English.

Excellent communication, analytical and strong leadership skills are a must.

Regional/global talent acquisition experience and knowledge about Workday are a plus.
