Total Remuneration Specialist

The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Total Remuneration Specialist. Successful candidates will join the Human Resources Shared Services Center, which is initiating operations in Buenos Aires in 2019. The Human Resources Shared Services Center will be part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 500 employees, that delivers business services and solutions across the globe since 2006.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compensation related activities and processes: market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, etc.

Supports TR Center of Expertise (CoE) in the analytics behind the creation of new programs.

Serves as the next point of escalation for Contact Center employees with complex employee queries about compensation.

Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the HR Service Center with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced.

Translates HR strategic plans into specific action plans on TR; formulates and recommends strategies, policies and guidelines on these areas with a holistic HR perspective.

Liaises and networks with HR practitioners/counterparts across industries for benchmarking purposes.

Required experience and qualifications:

Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.

+5 years of experience in HR specializing in Total Remuneration, Compensation and Benefits.

Expertise in compensation with in depth understanding market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, etc. Global experience is preferred.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now

Must be highly proficient in English.

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Teamwork and customer service skills.
